📋 Description

• Serve as the pre-sales solutions lead alongside RVPs and territory owners for large employer deals • Lead population-level analysis for prospects and translate findings into savings and engagement levers • Recommend client-specific implementation approaches across carrier, TPA, ASO, and vendor ecosystems • Set realistic expectations regarding implementation capabilities such as automated member notifications and site-of-care redirection • Explain how Leap presents as one program, member experience, and savings story across differing plan rules • Define partner and ecosystem vendor collaboration and the resulting member experience • Own design decisions behind forecasted savings and secure client commitments for activation • Recommend implementation of plan design and member incentives • Identify client-requested improvements and stay current on industry best practices • Determine how proven operating processes can derisk implementation for new client types or novel requests • Build updated technical requirements and implementation guides when needed • Bring market feedback into future deal design and roadmap priorities • Consultatively lead clients through implementation choices and manage aligned handoff to Client Success • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Clinical Affairs, Operations, and Client Success • Report to the SVP, Growth Strategy and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience • Direct work with large, self-funded employers with 100K+ covered lives and their benefits teams • Deep knowledge of the employer benefits ecosystem, including carriers, BCBS plans, large ASO carriers, TPAs, and health benefits • High attention to detail in complex implementations, documentation, and standardization • Ability to prioritize decisions based on impact • Strong external-facing presentation and communication skills • Ability to lead group meetings and serve as the expert on complex topics • Familiarity with benefit design mechanics, including carve-outs and tiered network structures • Familiarity with prior-authorization and payer workflows • Experience with specialty drugs, infusion therapy, buy-and-bill, or site-of-care programs is a bonus • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States
