📋 Description

• Own infrastructure projects from start to finish • Improve CI/CD pipelines for speed, cost, and flexibility • Automate setup, teardown, partial teardown, and updates for single-tenant stacks • Improve performance, migrations, and capacity for the multi-tenant production PostgreSQL database • Increase infrastructure spend visibility and reduce costs • Improve workload and container isolation and support compliance work • Build customer-facing infrastructure features including private connectivity, customer-defined networking, and easier single-tenant deployments • Collaborate with the infrastructure and broader engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production infrastructure, including on-call • Strong Kubernetes operations, including scheduling, networking, and failure modes • Solid AWS fundamentals, including EKS, RDS, VPC networking, and IAM • Infrastructure as code, ideally Terraform • Ability to write and read enough application code to change a pipeline, controller, or service • Ability to turn vague, long-standing problems into shippable solutions independently • Clear technical writing, including design documents and runbooks • Depth in at least one of networking, databases, or deployment systems • Legal authorization to work in the United States • No current or future visa sponsorship requirement
