📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade AI agent infrastructure • Support Tessera’s AI infrastructure across every cloud provider • Build and own the Azure or Oracle Cloud variant of Tessera’s cloud infrastructure, while supporting GCP and AWS • Enable portable infrastructure across customer environments • Improve observability, security, and system reliability • Deploy and operate applications using Kubernetes and Terraform • Partner with product and platform engineers to unblock delivery • Design and build CI/CD pipelines and own end-to-end automation of infrastructure and application build, test, and deployment workflows • Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks for environment provisioning, secret rotation, dependency updates, compliance checks, and release management • Automate operational runbooks and recurring processes through scripts, pipeline stages, and self-service tooling • Champion an automation-first mindset and ensure automation is observable and maintained like production code

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes • Strong hands-on experience in Azure, Oracle Cloud, GCP, or AWS • Proven track record designing and owning CI/CD systems, pipeline architecture, GitOps-driven deployments, release automation, and pipeline-as-code practices • Experience building automation frameworks for DevOps and developer workflows, including Bash, Python, or similar scripting, workflow orchestration, and self-service tooling • Strong networking fundamentals • Proven experience deploying and operating real production systems • Experience with FluxCD or other GitOps controllers such as ArgoCD (nice to have) • Understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps, including security gates, SBOM generation, and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines (nice to have) • Experience with software development and SDLC (nice to have) • Experience in startup and/or big tech environments • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future
