• Represent the company at customer locations with the highest standards of professional conduct • Support the go-live process for new EV charging sites, including coordinating on-site activities and flagging risks or delays to the Commissioning Engineer • Conduct new vehicle inspections, verifying vehicle readiness and documenting findings before site activation • Assist technicians with asset inspections, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer assets on-site as needed • Follow established safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation for commissioning activities, inspections, and completed work using company asset management and project tracking platforms • Support high-voltage charger operations, including conducting plug cycles and responding to service needs during commissioning • Perform low-voltage battery replacements and jump-starts as needed • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment • Develop and maintain strong customer service skills throughout the go-live process • Participate in training programs and hands-on learning opportunities
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accurate, organized documentation • Demonstrated time-management skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to driving continuous process improvement • Proficiency with computers and standard software, including documentation tools, spreadsheets, and asset/project management platforms • Automotive Technology certification from an accredited school preferred (not required) • Willingness to develop project management and project coordination skills; prior experience a plus • Basic electrical and AC skills • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport
