📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers in a collaborative, high-performing, customer-centric environment • Partner strategically with Account Executives throughout the customer journey • Deliver tailored demonstrations and customer proofs-of-concept based on agreed-upon requirements • Develop technical expertise in Data Activation, CDP, data warehousing, and integration platforms across enterprise industries • Ensure an exceptional customer experience during new revenue pilot and closing phases • Engage with customers to understand data activation needs and architect solutions using the Hightouch platform • Design, develop, and maintain playbooks, demo environments, and tools for POCs and technical validations • Collaborate with Account Executives and Product Managers on customer-specific feature requests and product enhancements • Drive initiatives to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the Solutions Engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background with prior experience working directly with clients in a pre-sales or post-sales capacity • Experience achieving business objectives in data or SaaS environments preferred • Proven track record leading, managing, and developing technical teams • Prior experience developing with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and/or working with APIs for data integration • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud data platforms, or related industries in a technical capacity with end-customer engagement • Ability to independently troubleshoot and unblock complex technical issues with customers • Exceptional presentation skills and technical credibility with executive stakeholders and front-line engineers • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse internal and external organizations • Cross-functional collaboration experience with sales, product, and engineering • Intellectual curiosity, empathy for customer challenges, and ability to operate with high velocity • Startup experience, data-centric technical go-to-market experience, and experience scaling Solutions Engineering teams are nice to have
