📋 Description

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects • Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and line management • Review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention, and problem solving • Schedule, set up, and coordinate meetings with Program Managers, functional line managers, and external customers • Enforce the established Project Operating Rhythm, including meeting schedules and the central Action Item List • Manage subcontractor invoicing and coordinate contract reporting • Provide operational/programmatic support, documentation review and analysis, and briefing preparation • Coordinate tasks with government customers and other stakeholders • Prepare monthly status reports and biweekly reports for review and signoff • Update project financial trackers with new funding, labor hours, and project actuals • Support generation of ROMs and Program Management Reviews financial updates • Initiate and submit project closeouts to the PM for approval and PMO submission • Manage subcontractor actions, accruals, travel and purchase requests, and invoices • Update project financials after project and subcontract modifications and invoice recognition • Upload submitted MSRs and deliverables to project sites

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 1 year relevant experience with a Master’s degree in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Solid understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance • CAPM or PMP Certification preferred • Ability to set priorities, produce accurate work, and meet deadlines • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint • Costpoint and DelTek experience preferred • Required travel of 0–10%
