📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a CONUS-based PED Cell implementation • Identify, assess feasibility of, and select facilities/sites • Oversee physical-space buildout and construction • Lead network and data transport design and accreditation • Manage data and network architecture across the full path from multi-INT ISR collection to dissemination of finished intelligence products • Drive cross-functional collaboration to design and enable scalable data flows and network architectures • Oversee physical infrastructure preparation, IT systems setup, equipment readiness, security protocol alignment, and network requirements • Serve as primary project manager, tracking and communicating timelines, risks, deliverables, and dependencies • Partner with government stakeholders, technical teams, and operational leads to align requirements and resolve challenges • Apply knowledge of secure facility standards, including SCIF buildout requirements and ICD 705 guidelines • Maintain clear documentation and communication channels across project participants

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with a Master’s degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience • Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance • Experience leading complex technical or operational projects with multiple stakeholders • Understanding of physical infrastructure, IT systems, equipment requirements, security protocols, and network support • Initiative and ability to lead teams through ambiguity and evolving requirements • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills • Understanding of ISR data, formats, and workflows • Familiarity with data exploitation tools and platforms used in PED environments • Knowledge of data flows through networks, servers, and tools supporting real-time or near real-time operations • Ability to identify and troubleshoot data ingestion, processing, or dissemination issues • Knowledge of classified handling procedures and secure data workflows • Ability to follow strict protocols for systems access, data protection, and dissemination authorities • Preferred: experience supporting PED, intelligence operations, or analytical mission environments • Preferred: experience using mission systems or common PED software suites • Preferred: ability to process, analyze, and interpret sensor data such as imagery, FMV, SIGINT, and GEOINT • Preferred: familiarity with SCIF requirements, ICD 705 standards, or classified facility design • Preferred: experience designing or enabling data flows or network architectures for mission-focused environments • Preferred: active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
