📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality synchronous and asynchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication • Provide prompt and empathetic patient care on the platform • Adhere to Hims & Hers platform guidelines and policies • Complete all required training • Help shape a new clinical program and contribute to clinical protocols, patient experience, and care delivery • Continuously learn and actively engage in the evolving peptides and longevity care program • Diagnose and treat hormone-related conditions • Provide care with a particular focus on peptide therapy and longevity

🎯 Requirements

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, A-GNP, AG-ACNP, etc.) • Unrestricted DEA license and experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances • Board Certification in Adult Gerontology, Family, or Acute specialty • 3+ years of applicable clinical practice experience, excluding orientation/training • 1+ years of previous telehealth experience • Actively licensed in more than 10 states • Strong diagnostic skills • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience prescribing or familiarity with peptide therapies is a strong plus • Comfort practicing in an evolving treatment area • Comfortable providing synchronous video and asynchronous chat care • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits • Active state license in good standing • Board certification is required; Board Eligible Nurse Practitioners are not considered • Must reside in the continental United States to access the Hims & Hers platform
