📋 Description

• Architect Next-Gen AI Therapies: Build and scale the agentic AI systems that power multi-session conversational therapy, ensuring they maintain context, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and align with clinical protocols. • Build a Unified Education Platform: Design the centralized service that delivers personalized pain science education and mindset strategies, adapting content to each member’s therapeutic goals. • Drive Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for Brain Health in partnership with product and clinical leadership, balancing immediate delivery with scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure. • Set the Bar for MLOps: Establish the practices for model evaluation, effectiveness monitoring, and safety guardrails, specifically tailored to the unique challenges of mental health AI. • Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical beacon for the team, mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and driving cross-functional collaboration across data science, clinical, and platform teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI platforms, machine learning systems, or data infrastructure. • 2+ years of experience with Python (for AI/ML workloads) and TypeScript/NestJS (for cloud microservices). • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale data processing architectures. • 2+ years of experience mentoring engineers and leading technical decision-making in cross-functional teams.
