📋 Description

• Support successful product launches in the field • Provide continued engineering support to customers and clinical partners • Support commercial, clinical, and pre-clinical equipment and procedures in the field • Lead engineering activities involving commercial and customer-facing work • Evaluate products in the field and develop plans to resolve customer issues with R&D subject-matter experts • Prioritize work related to commercialized products and product support with cross-functional leadership • Ensure design documentation complies with HistoSonics' design control system or external partners' systems • Ensure project deliverables are completed • Assist commercial teams in developing customer-engagement plans for HistoSonics' technology • Support conferences, tradeshows, meetings, and demonstrations • Provide field support during first commercial and clinical cases • Troubleshoot the device and develop customer troubleshooting guides • Develop field-training materials for future product support engineers • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Education, Sales, and Clinical Affairs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences strongly preferred • 0–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a hospital or medical device company • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and adaptability • Ability to engage multiple participants while keeping demos organized and on track • Experience in complex systems design, engineering, and product support preferred • Experience supporting products and procedures in commercial and clinical field environments preferred • Excellent communication skills • Quality management systems experience • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including approximately two weekends per month • Employer will not sponsor visas for this position • Must have U.S. work authorization
