• Lead planning, implementation, and execution of BIM strategies across project teams and studios • Provide technical leadership and support BIM execution planning • Maintain BIM standards, workflows, model quality, and project reliability • Mentor and guide Project BIM Leads • Perform model audits and coordinate with consultants • Maintain interoperability across project models • Develop and manage digital assets, detail libraries, and custom content • Advance BIM and design technologies, including automation, optimization, simulation, and emerging AI workflows • Improve metadata quality and strategic information management • Manage software deployments, licensing, and cloud collaboration platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud • Track and report technology initiative, software use, and ROI metrics • Design and deliver BIM training programs and maintain training materials and datasets • Lead or contribute to R&D, technology pilots, emerging-tool evaluations, and new-process implementation • Partner with leadership and project teams across studios on BIM and technology opportunities • Perform related duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5–8 years of AEC industry experience with strong understanding of all project phases • Minimum 5 years managing BIM workflows across full project lifecycles • Strong design and technical background • Experience delivering effective training programs • Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM-related software • Knowledge of the Revit API preferred • Solid understanding of Navisworks, CAD platforms, and industry best practices • Familiarity with Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus • Experience with Content Catalog (UNIFI), Guardian, Ideate Software, Clarity, and Dynamo • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Remote employment limited to candidates residing in California, Arizona, Idaho, or Texas
