📋 Description

• Serve as a primary sales representative promoting products and services for the Additive Manufacturing materials division • Sell directly and indirectly to new and existing end users and manufacturers in the advanced ceramic powders market in North America • Identify prospective customers and build relationships to generate future sales • Establish key customer relationships and demonstrate creative approaches to achieve customer success • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions • Develop and drive new business while providing technical support and quality customer service • Develop and deliver sales quotes, NDAs, contracts, price updates, presentations, and proposals • Conduct product demonstrations • Submit annual budget and quarterly forecasts • Evaluate sales results continuously and report significant shifts in volume requirements • Coordinate customer investigations, technical projects, presentations, and complaints with relevant departments • Coordinate order details with customer service and credit management • Travel nationwide as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with metal powder technologies, processes, or materials in the space, aerospace, energy, or industrial markets • Direct related industry experience in lieu of a degree will be considered • Experience utilizing customer management systems • Excellent time management and communication/presentation skills • Team-oriented professional able to develop internal relationships and drive work autonomously • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel an average of 50% of the time
