📋 Description

• Build and maintain the core financial model and unit economics. • Refresh cohort and LTV views as new data ages in. • Work directly in the data using SQL and AI tooling. • Run ad-hoc, data-heavy analysis to size opportunities and pressure test experiments. • Investigate performance changes from the funnel through root cause. • Build dashboards and self-service analytics. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Care to convert open questions into quantified recommendations. • Support corporate development initiatives including M&A, capital raises, and investor relations. • Work directly with the strategic finance lead and regularly engage with senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year in investment banking. • Fluency in cohort and waterfall analysis in a consumer, monthly retention context. • Proficiency in SQL, or the ability to pick it up quickly. • Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools such as Claude. • Structured, logical problem solving under pressure. • Ability to frame ambiguous problems and work through them methodically. • Clear written and verbal communication suited to a fully remote environment. • Nice to have: consumer internet background in a marketplace, subscription, on-demand, or gig economy business.
