📋 Description

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through consultative selling to inspire customers • Build and maintain customer relationships • Assist associates and customers during sales and product inquiries • Provide dedicated support for flooring product selection, customization, and project inquiries • Qualify new customers seeking to customize flooring products • Generate new leads and warm transfer them to a Virtual Design Specialist • Respond occasionally to email and chat inquiries • Place outbound calls to customers from marketing leads • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments by validating customer information and project qualification • Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers referred through stores, internet leads, or other sources • Report to the Contact Center Supervisor; no direct reports • No travel required

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Some previous experience/knowledge of flooring sales and products is preferred • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma and/or GED • No previous leadership experience required • No certifications required
