📋 Description

• Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts • Handle customer inquiries • Analyze payment history and account notes • Communicate account statuses to customers • Review customer contracts, including voluntary surrender, principal and interest breakdowns, and total loss processes • Advise customers regarding open and closed accounts • Provide information about title statuses, state-to-state transfers, and title protection • Assist customers with optional products • Assist with extensions and deferrals • Take payments and review account history and notes • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions • Recommend appropriate customer solutions by analyzing accounts • Perform manual calculations • Manage multiple systems simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Complete SHL testing upon application • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong multitasking ability • Strong attention to detail • Drive to solve problems and meet goals • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools • Customer service experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download • Hardwired internet access; wireless and satellite internet are not compatible • Productive, quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace • Smartphone running iOS or Android, four years old or newer • Must complete interviews and assessments independently • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST, with no weekends
