đź“‹ Description

• Teach, coach, and train associates to ensure the effective execution of core Asset Protection initiatives • Drive execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS), Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs • Review available resources to identify key theft trends by class and SKU for internal and external theft and create solutions • Conduct timely interviews for internal theft cases identified by MAPM or Central Investigations Team (CIT) • Build partnerships with local law enforcement in order to strengthen THD's brand • Make hiring decisions and take disciplinary action including termination • Teach, coach, train, and develop AP associates to ensure theft mitigation processes are executed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Licensure/certification to comply and requirement that varies by location • 3+ years multi-unit retail AP experience • Conducting internal investigations to include interviews • Organized Retail Crime elements and law enforcement partnerships
