📋 Description

• Drive Services sales growth through strategic partnerships between Service Providers and Home Services • Oversee the Service Provider lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and termination • Research customer feedback and resolve Customer Care cases, escalations, and service issues • Conduct Partnership Reviews and check-ins to assess performance, compliance, metrics, and improvement plans • Prospect, evaluate, onboard, train, and develop Service Providers • Maintain qualified provider pipelines, service coverage, and optimal in-stock levels • Organize provider events, promotional events, and Home Shows • Conduct job site and installation inspections • Lead monthly compliance reviews and audit analysis • Support stores with installation issues and Service Provider escalations • Attend field training sessions and weekly management calls • Manage calendars, plans, and forecasts • Report to the Field Director Services; manage 0 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum high school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Knowledge or experience in the retail store environment, home improvement industry, or general construction industry • Experience in residential remodel project management • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field preferred
