📋 Description

• Sell The Home Depot's exterior and interior products and services to customers • Conduct outside sales visits primarily at customer homes and participate in trade shows and industry events • Assess customer needs and make tailored product recommendations • Develop and negotiate customized price quotes • Present warranty information and financing options • Complete sales contracts and related paperwork • Take measurements using industry-standard methods to meet installation specifications • Proactively solicit and acquire new customers inside assigned THD stores and at industry events • Travel to assigned stores, maintain local relationships, educate store associates on HDIS offerings, and increase awareness of HDIS programs • Seek referrals and develop relationships with store management and associates • Attend sales and store team meetings to improve sales techniques and learn about HDIS products • Maintain and drive profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Prior in-home or virtual sales experience preferred • Prior home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior successful lead generation experience preferred • Computer and application skills, including email, iPad, apps, and varied technology • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds) • Typically requires overnight travel 5% of the time • No previous leadership experience required • Certifications: None
