📋 Description

• Perform scheduled inspections of store racking and cantilever systems • Ensure safety and compliance with National Rack Standards and manufacturer guidelines • Coordinate with store leadership regarding scheduling, inspection findings, and routine training • Review materials needs • Identify opportunities with the inspection app • Provide feedback on field trends and inspection processes • Perform ad hoc requests as needed • Review independent engineering audits for feedback and learning • Perform and review store racking inspections across the assigned territory • Work with store leadership on immediate safety concerns and training on National Racking Standards • Report to the Senior Manager of Inspections • Support operations across New England

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 5 years of work experience • Minimum 1+ year of previous leadership experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Working knowledge of presentation software, e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must perform regular overnight travel, typically more than 50% of the time • Must meet physical requirements including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • None of the certifications listed are required
