📋 Description

• Drive product awareness and utilization for the Allergy portfolio • Achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives by developing relationships and partnering with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other pertinent parties • Develop sales and customer networks using business planning and local market knowledge • Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals • Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within the assigned geography with clinically relevant information • Ensure product goals are exceeded while complying with legal and compliance regulations • Prioritize opportunities using marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge • Expand product demand through direct selling techniques and market strategies • Apply critical thinking and strategic thinking in a changing healthcare environment • Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs • Deliver patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to healthcare offices • Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations • Represent Organon professionally, ethically, and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role • Preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position • Strong aptitude for learning • High sense of urgency, particularly regarding customer service orientation • Ability to travel as required by the specific territory • Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident • Must be able to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites • No visa sponsorship available
