📋 Description

• Perform inspections of store racking and cantilever systems on a scheduled basis to ensure safety and compliance with National Rack Standards and manufacturer guidelines • Coordinate and communicate with store leadership regarding scheduling, inspection findings, and routine training • Review materials needs • Identify opportunities with the inspection app and provide feedback on field trends • Perform ad hoc requests as needed • Review independent engineering audits of inspections for feedback and learning • Provide feedback on field tendencies and opportunities in the inspection process • Perform and review store racking inspections across the assigned territory • Work with store leadership on immediate safety concerns and training on National Racking Standards • Typically report to the Senior Mgr of Inspections • Travel overnight more than 50% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • 5 years of work experience • 1+ year of previous leadership experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
