📋 Description

• Drive incremental sales growth and profitability through account relationships • Focus on Complex Business Expansion and new business development • Monitor key performance indicators for assigned professional customers • Meet or exceed sales and margin performance plans with the Pro Sales Manager • Use data, customer insights, and customer satisfaction results to improve competitive position and capability adoption • Participate in district and regional meetings as needed • Communicate weekly activities with the Pro Sales Manager • Represent The Home Depot Pro brand at local community events • Sell enterprise products and services, including commercial credit, volume pricing, delivery, will-call pickup, and website ordering • Produce new account revenue against individual targets or quotas • Partner with the Inside Sales Support Representative to provide end-to-end quoting, ordering, and transaction support • Establish customer partnerships through in-person sales appointments • Expand the customer base within the defined sales territory • Cultivate assigned customer portfolios and prospect for incremental sales growth • Use Salesforce to plan sales calls, manage customer communications, and maintain the sales pipeline • Conduct initial customer meetings and sell The Home Depot value proposition • Prospect for new business using internal leads, field-generated leads, stores, and community relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum 2 years of work experience • High school diploma and/or GED • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • 5 years of professional work experience preferred • 2 years of account management/sales management experience preferred • 2+ years of home improvement or home building industry experience preferred • Strong ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships • Ability to leverage relationships to accomplish sales and profitability goals • Deep understanding of Pro customer needs • Strong leadership and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate globally • No certifications required
