📋 Description

• Lead development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports • Use advanced financial modeling techniques to create forecasts and conduct variance analysis • Deliver reporting to senior leadership, highlighting insights and potential risks • Support month-end close processes • Develop and present financial analyses visually and verbally to business leaders • Address projects and strategies through financial controllership and answer business questions • Provide actionable recommendations based on business operations and financial impacts • Collaborate with business leaders, including VPs, to understand operations • Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to connect financial inputs and outputs • Conduct detailed analyses for investment initiatives and capital allocation • Complete financial modeling for “what if” scenarios • Explain underlying causes of possible metric variations • Report typically to a Manager or Senior Manager • Manage ongoing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis • Evaluate financial aspects of strategic projects, including viability, funding, and risk management • Apply analytical techniques to financial data for predictive insights, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 2 years of work experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Working knowledge of presentation software, e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation • Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, including formatting, organizing thoughts, and tailoring content to the audience • Proven ability to curate and present data effectively • Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting to new technologies and tools • Strong focus on delivering accurate output by meticulously checking work before submission • Exceptional attention to detail • Proficiency in translating analytical insights into visual formats and creating clear, compelling graphics • Adaptability to organizational changes and evolving business needs • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with independence and initiative • Basic knowledge of SQL, GBQ, and Tableau • Foundational understanding of analytical techniques and data visualization • No previous leadership experience required • No certifications required
