• Responsible for administration of federal, state, local, employee and employer payroll taxes. • Prepares and reconciles tax returns and other payroll tax documents. • Balances weekly, quarterly, and annual interface files used for reporting. • Conducts analysis and handles inquiries related to taxable wages and taxes. • Resolves problems and implements process changes for compliance with SOX requirements. • Ensures timely and accurate filing of taxes with vendors.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Knowlededge of ADP tax filing systems • Knowledge of JAT software • Minimum of 5 years of work experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field.
