📋 Description

• Review business processes, procedures, and data to identify opportunities for improvement • Analyze real property and related business information from multiple data sources • Develop and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews • Review data structures and information models to improve organization and accessibility • Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, and recommendations for management • Coordinate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, Management, or a related field • Experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to prepare clear written reports, procedures, and presentations • Ability to meet applicable client access requirements • Preferred: Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs • Preferred: Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications • Preferred: Experience working with government or large enterprise organizations • Preferred: Knowledge of data quality, metadata, or data management standards • Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, type, read from a computer screen, bend, reach, kneel, walk moderate to long distances when required, and possibly lift up to 25 lbs.
