📋 Description

• Lead analytics initiatives supporting Supplemental & Group business priorities • Conduct and oversee deep-dive analyses to identify trends, root causes, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers • Translate analytical findings into business recommendations for strategic and operational decisions • Partner with business leadership to execute analytics strategy and prioritize initiatives • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts • Define KPIs, performance measures, and business definitions • Lead development and enhancement of dashboards, reporting, and analytical solutions • Communicate performance results, trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience • Partner with enterprise Data and Technology teams on data warehouse and data initiatives • Support data requirements, definitions, validation, governance, adoption, and transformation efforts • Serve as an analytics subject matter expert on data quality, structures, flows, governance, and business definitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field • 6–8 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, operations, or a related discipline • Experience leading and developing analysts and managing multiple analytical priorities • Experience conducting complex analysis and translating findings into actionable business recommendations • Success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable operational improvements • Strong knowledge of finance, operations, and process management • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools • Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse, data transformation, or related enterprise data initiatives • Strong communication, collaboration, project leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
