📋 Description

• Lead the reporting and analytics strategy for the Horizon Digital Product Management team. • Understand product goals and develop reports outlining key insights. • Present reports to external clients and Horizon senior management. • Partner with multiple customers to provide analysis and reporting deliverables. • Generate data-driven insights to support prioritization of investments. • Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital projects. • Analyze data from digital and direct marketing campaigns. • Design and build BI & reporting dashboards. • Build strong strategic relationships with business leaders. • Maintain knowledge of key developments in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Prefers a Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, or 12 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree. • Requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience related work experience preferably in health insurance. • Experience as a key contributor in major company initiatives and demonstrated some leadership experience. • Web analytics experience. • Experience with front-end Business Intelligence tools required (Tableau, Google analytics, etc.). • Experience creating and presenting data that can be readily understood by business leaders and external customers required. • Demonstrates proficiency in structured query languages or analysis techniques. • Demonstrates significant ability in preparing data for presentation. • Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem. • Demonstrates understanding of core business functions.
