📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software features and services within OneStream solutions • Translate requirements into technical designs and implementations • Lead implementation efforts for moderately to highly complex features • Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions • Build and maintain user interface solutions using Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF • Design and evolve APIs, SDKs, extensibility mechanisms, JSON/XML contracts, schemas, and integrations • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity • Lead and participate in formal code reviews • Mentor and support Software Engineers • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to CI/CD improvements, automation, testing strategies, and engineering quality initiatives • Own complex features end to end, including testing, deployment, and production support • Use AI-assisted development tools for development, refactoring, testing, and documentation while validating output • Diagnose and resolve production issues with peers • Ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, reliability, and backward compatibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience • 5–8 years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and related frameworks • Experience building user interfaces with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF • Deep understanding of RESTful API design and service-oriented architectures • Strong experience designing, maintaining, and evolving JSON contracts in enterprise applications • Experience with performance tuning, memory management, and SQL query optimization • Strong experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines • Experience reviewing unit tests and ensuring adequate test coverage • Ability to use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and critically evaluate outputs • Legal authorization to work in the country of the job position
