📋 Description

• Deliver engaging new hire and upskilling training sessions using standardized agendas and trainer guides • Develop training content as needed while adhering to established workflows and policies • Monitor performance metrics, identify low performers, and create actionable improvement plans • Manage classroom dynamics, reset expectations, and escalate persistent behavioral issues to the Training Manager • Serve as a subject matter expert during training initiatives and assist with operational testing • Manage personal training commitments and determine optimal actions based on established guidelines • Assist members via phone, email, and chat with reservations and resolve complex issues with corporate contacts • Make contact resolution decisions with minimal guidance • Support direct team members, agents on other teams, and peer partners throughout the shift • Maintain detailed notes on member and partner interactions for operational continuity

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years delivering training within a BPO or high-volume call center environment or teaching experience • Expert-level command of Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and project management tools; Asana preferred • Strong dexterity navigating multiple online portals and operating systems • Ability to interpret QA and CSAT data, identify performance gaps, flag operational trends, and propose actionable solutions • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to simplify complex technical processes into digestible steps • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, follow rigid reporting protocols, and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities • Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as needed • Experience designing learning materials, knowledge of Cryptic GDS workflows and/or hospitality/lodging travel operations, and familiarity with SPRK and other NDC platforms are nice-to-have qualifications
