📋 Description

• Manage and implement assigned partner projects day to day • Meet assigned project deadlines and maintain clear, concise communication and accountability • Establish, refine, and document end-to-end internal and customer-facing processes using process flows, RACI charts, playbooks, or applicable tools • Maintain high performance levels for partner processes • Build relationships with teams and stakeholders to support collaborative partner project implementation • Meet established metrics and customer expectations • Understand third-party and internal processes and suggest standardization and optimization strategies • Facilitate development of shared sites and/or platforms across internal organizations for real-time stakeholder alignment and coordination • Drive repeatable, scalable workflows based on best-practice adoption • Provide accurate, regular reports to management on the status of active projects • Perform other duties as required or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project management or coordination experience • At least 5 years of relevant work experience • Proven experience in driving process improvement across diverse teams • Relevant experience in reporting & analysis and ROI analysis • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services • Knowledge of cable billing and dispatch systems, Salesforce.com and Sitetracker • Must embrace company principles and demonstrate understanding of Hotwire’s “Concierge” culture • Strong project management skills and knowledge of Project Management tools • Strong understanding of contract language and other agreements • Understanding of field operations • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
