📋 Description

• Lead customer-facing calls and ensure completion of implementation steps • Manage implementation projects through customer calls, timely follow-up, and project management tools • Coordinate with sales and program manager teams to provide visibility into implementation progress and blockers • Coordinate with leadership to improve credentialing, IT workstreams, and other implementation activities • Support initiatives and related project work • Work with clinic teams to streamline processes and workflows with clinical operations • Manage patient prescription attainment issues, including package tracking, carrier troubleshooting, and work-queue monitoring • Troubleshoot claim processing, payment processing, barcode scanner and label printer issues, escalating as appropriate • Triage support issues for the PMS Platform used by clinic partners • Liaise between patients, providers, and operational teams to resolve issues • Own at least one specialty area and cross-train in another: credentialing, legal model, accreditation, project management, drug ordering, supply management, or implementation IT workstream • Support credentialing with PBMs, renewals, regulatory registration, EFT and ERA enrollment • Summarize state-specific legal requirements for dispensing spaces and provider/practice registrations • Support ACHC, URAC, and other accreditation activities, including monitoring and auditing • Submit wholesaler orders, monitor deliveries, troubleshoot shortages and catalog errors, and manage inventory processes • Optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs • Facilitate clinic IT workstreams, EHR testing, phone extension setup, VPN access, and related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Mastered all core pharmacy technician skills, including processing claims and dispensing medications • Experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance • Comfortable engaging with patients, providers, and all members of the care team in person and over the phone • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency for quality resolution • Creative problem-solving ability • Ability to identify proactive solutions and more efficient workflows • Excitement about working in a start-up environment and solving complex problems
