📋 Description

• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives • Prospect strategically to identify new opportunities • Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, uncovering exposures and recommending solutions • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals reflecting Howden’s consultative approach and market strength • Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists from proposal through renewal • Maintain year-round client relationships by providing proactive advice and acting as a trusted risk advocate • Partner with carriers to negotiate and place tailored coverage • Build Howden’s community presence through networking, events, and thought leadership • Maintain accurate and current CRM and reporting records • Keep current with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or capability in insurance sales and business development • Ability to build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives • Ability to prospect strategically through centers of influence, referrals, and personal networks • Ability to conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments • Ability to develop and deliver high-quality insurance proposals • Ability to collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, marketing specialists, and carriers • Ability to negotiate and place coverage for complex and unique client needs • Ability to maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems • Commitment to staying current with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions • Must be able to work remotely in Massachusetts
