📋 Description

• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives • Prospect strategically to identify new opportunities • Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, uncovering exposures and recommending solutions • Develop and deliver proposals using Howden’s consultative approach and market strength • Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists from proposal through renewal • Maintain year-round client relationships through proactive advice • Partner with carriers to negotiate and place tailored coverage • Build Howden’s community presence through networking, events, and thought leadership • Maintain CRM and reporting records and use data for prioritization and planning • Develop expertise in emerging risks, market developments, and insurance solutions

• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives • Strategic prospecting using centers of influence, referrals, and personal networks • Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments • Develop and deliver high-quality insurance proposals • Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists • Negotiate and place coverage with carriers for complex and unique client needs • Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems • Keep current with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions • Must be able to work remotely in Massachusetts
