📋 Description

• Build and execute a personal sales plan • Prospect strategically to identify new opportunities • Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, recommending insurance solutions • Develop and deliver consultative proposals • Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists from proposal through renewal • Provide proactive year-round client advice as a trusted risk advocate • Negotiate and place tailored coverage with carriers • Build Howden’s community presence through networking, events, and thought leadership • Maintain CRM and reporting records and use data for prioritization and planning • Develop expertise in emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions
