• 12+ years of operational leadership experience • Direct experience working with founders or business owners • Full responsibility for business operations • Experience supporting businesses between approximately $1M and $35M+ in annual revenue • Success building systems, KPIs, and accountability • Strong financial and operational business acumen • The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously • Experience serving multiple organizations or operating as a Fractional COO is a plus but not required
