📋 Description
• Lead all aspects of the Human Resources function • Develop and implement HR strategies • Build scalable HR programs, policies, and processes • Partner with executive leadership • Support the company through periods of significant growth • Lead HR integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions • Coach and develop leaders on employee engagement • Ensure compliance with employment laws • Foster a positive, high performance culture
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience • Experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR leader • Experience working in startups and larger organizations • Strong strategic thinking skills • Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) is preferred
