📋 Description

• Handle high-volume calls in a timely manner • Communicate accurately when handling customer details • Ensure procedures are carried out promptly so customer bookings and information are accurate • Represent the company and its values professionally • Respond to calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner • Support internal and external customers and exceed customer expectations • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and comply with office, safety, and security procedures • Attend training courses when asked • Treat internal and external customers professionally and courteously

• Customer-focused problem solver • Experience in live chat or answering inbound enquiries via telephone • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise customer queries • Strong clear communication and ability to deliver results • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers • High standards of customer service and achieving targets
