📋 Description

• Train and support all assigned lenders • Provide daily support to assigned existing lenders • Respond promptly and professionally to lender inquiries • Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and offering solutions • Manage client relationships • Manage all details associated with a new lender at go live • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary • Perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to balance workload

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in lender-placed insurance, force-placed insurance, collateral protection insurance, or insurance tracking services • Direct experience working with lending institutions, including banks, credit unions, or mortgage servicers, as clients • Customer service/support background • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence • Excellent judgment and discretion with lenders and staff • Outstanding follow-up skills with timely response to lender needs • Capacity to manage multiple lender relationships and priorities simultaneously • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently and escalate when appropriate • High school or equivalent • Monday-Friday availability, 8:00am-5:00pm CT with an hour lunch • Safe home office or quiet workspace with high-speed and reliable internet connectivity
