📋 Description

• Write clean, maintainable Dart/Flutter code using Riverpod state management and widget architecture best practices • Build and maintain the iOS and Android mobile app • Develop Dart console apps for Radar, including Windows services using FFI for native API access • Consume and integrate RESTful APIs, including sending locally gathered data to the Rails API • Collaborate with the Rails/Hotwire stack as needed • Work with UX design and product management to brainstorm requirements • Implement new features, products, and improvements to existing features • Clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel • Keep the team updated on progress, issues, and status • Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and platform performance and reliability improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing software with Dart and Flutter • Strong understanding of Flutter conventions, Riverpod state management, widget architecture, and iOS/Android development • Proven experience building and maintaining a production Flutter/Dart mobile app • In-depth experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs • Experience translating UI/UX designs into responsive mobile interfaces • Proficient in Git for version control • Ability to write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code • Proficient in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English • Experience with FFI or native Windows APIs from Dart is a bonus • Experience with WIX or Inno Setup is a bonus • Experience with Ruby on Rails and Hotwire is a bonus • Experience with C or C++ is a bonus • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Startup or SaaS company experience requested in the application form
