📋 Description

• Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to explain business performance • Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources • Create and maintain operational and analytical SSRS reports • Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and recommend solutions • Design accurate, scalable, and high-performing data models • Investigate trends, identify data patterns, and provide actionable insights • Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting issues with source systems and data teams • Automate and continuously improve reporting processes • Document reporting logic, calculations, and technical solutions • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience developing Business Intelligence or reporting solutions • Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and dashboards • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and dimensional data modeling • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization • Experience developing and supporting SSRS reports • Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience with healthcare or insurance data is nice to have • Exposure to Azure data services or Microsoft Fabric is nice to have • Familiarity with ETL processes and SSIS or Azure Data Factory is nice to have • Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, or other version control tools is nice to have • Understanding of Agile development practices is nice to have • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices is nice to have
