📋 Description

• Support full-cycle Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, UAT, and go-live • Design and build Sheets, Modeled Sheets, Dashboards, Office Connect reports, and Discovery Boards • Configure security roles, permissions, versions, and level hierarchies • Build and maintain formulas, cube-level calculations, and reporting structures for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning • Partner with FP&A, HR, and business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable Adaptive models • Conduct UAT, data validation, and troubleshooting during implementation cycles • Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and end-user training • Document solution design, configuration specifications, and test scripts

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning (formerly Adaptive Insights) • Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting • Hands-on experience with Sheets, Modeled Sheets, Levels, Versions, Formulas, Dashboards, and Office Connect • Experience with Adaptive Integrator, APIs, and flat-file integrations between Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM/Financials or other ERP/HRIS systems • Solid grasp of functional and data-level security configuration • Prior experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills • Workday Adaptive Planning certification is mandatory
