📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support integrations between M3 and internal/external systems, including APIs, EDI, message exchanges, and mappings • Build and customize M3 forms, H5 personalizations, extensions, and workflows • Troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production support tickets • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions alongside Solution Delivery Managers and stakeholders • Support upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment planning • Maintain technical documentation and participate in architecture and code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Infor M3 development experience, including customizations, forms, extensions, workflows, and data flows • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage (M3) or another cloud-based M3 environment • Strong background building integrations with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and mapping/transformation tools • Knowledge of Infor ION, M3 APIs, BOD messaging, MEC, and related middleware • Experience with M3 H5 scripting, personalizations, and extensibility frameworks such as XtendM3 • Proficiency in a backend language such as Java, C#, Node.js, or similar • Strong SQL skills, such as Microsoft SQL Server or similar • Familiarity with OAuth2, SAML, SSO, and secure API design • Preferred: Food and beverage manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience • Experience with WMS, TMS, retailer integrations, or 3PL platforms • Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI/Integration Services • Experience leading technical design sessions or mentoring developers • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field; Infor M3 certifications a plus
