📋 Description

• Build, inspire, and guide a team of Partner Account Managers in a defined geographic area • Champion the team’s monthly quota attainment and revenue growth • Coach and mentor Partner Account Managers to achieve and exceed revenue goals • Recruit and retain Partner Account Managers by hiring for required skills and competencies • Coach sales and implementation processes • Manage the end-to-end sales process and forecast sales • Drive a culture of accountability • Travel within the region and nationally for field rides, sales conferences, trade shows, and partnership huddles

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience selling 401k with proven success • 3–5 years of experience leading frontline sales professionals across multiple functions in the retirement services/HCM/payroll industry • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota • Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers • Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage sales processes and forecasting • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing priorities • Reside in the Los Angeles area
