📋 Description

• Develop business processes for successful submission and reconciliation of encounter submissions to Medicaid/Medicare • Ensure encounter submissions meet or exceed compliance standards through data analysis • Develop tools to improve encounter acceptance rates by Medicaid/Medicare • Identify long-term improvements to encounter submission processes • Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems • Lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates as applicable • Ensure data integrity for claims errors • Apply an understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across departments • Report to the Director, Encounter Data Management • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of product management leadership experience • 2 years of agile leadership experience • 4 years of people-leadership or team management experience • 2 years of project management leadership experience • Encounter data knowledge preferred • Claims processing knowledge preferred • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions • Not eligible for work visa sponsorship
