📋 Description

• Design, analyze, plan, and modify network components supporting customer communication implementation activities • Develop and evaluate network performance criteria and measurement methods • Prepare analyses of short-term and long-term capacity needs for switching, routing, transmission, and signaling • Conduct network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies • Develop alternative routing scenarios and changes in the required sequence of network activities • Conduct economic and population growth studies to assess impact on network capacity and development plan projections • Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems within departments • Potentially lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 6 or more years of technical experience • 2 or more years of management experience • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
