📋 Description

• Deliver new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope and enterprise objectives • Gather and document business system and functional requirements • Influence system design to optimize support and ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements • Complete or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support • Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems within departments • Potentially lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates • Collaborate with architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and business stakeholders • Run large-scale, highly visible programs across multiple project teams • Lead continuous improvement efforts, evaluate existing systems, and implement process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 10 or more years of technical experience focused on web applications • 4 or more years of technical management experience • Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), enterprise AI platforms, AI-enabled business applications, and emerging AI technologies • Experience collaborating with architecture, security, compliance, legal, data governance, and business stakeholders • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes across an organization similar to Humana • 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems, and implementing process improvements • Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experiences • Demonstrated ability to run large-scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams • Master's degree preferred • Experience in healthcare, especially insurance • Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Azure AI, OpenAI, machine learning platforms, or intelligent automation technologies • Relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud AI Services, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies • Experience leading cloud initiatives with deeper cloud knowledge • Home internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
