📋 Description

• Contribute to Care Management administration • Provide nonclinical support to assessments • Evaluate enrollees' needs and requirements to achieve or maintain optimal wellness • Guide enrollees and families toward appropriate care and wellbeing resources • Facilitate interaction with appropriate resources • Perform varied and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations and work on semi-routine assignments • Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the state of Oklahoma • 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Administration support experience in a healthcare industry • Familiarity with care and well-being resources • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Associate's Degree (preferred) • Microsoft Access proficiency (preferred) • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
