📋 Description

• Work with the Medicaid Clinical Services team to optimize interactions between Humana and its members • Utilize Humana's Medicaid training to perform administrative and support tasks • Perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment, and eligibility tasks • Process claims and support call center operations • Investigate and settle claims and customer service issues • Outreach to parents or facilities to confirm PPEC services and schedule face-to-face visits • Verify ABA authorizations and services • Assist members with payment for past-due utilities, internet, or housing assistance • Conduct extensive research as needed • Collaborate with Market and Care Managers regarding member needs

🎯 Requirements

• Transitioning Service Member eligible to participate in SkillBridge or military spouse eligible to participate in the military spouse fellowship • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, including typing/data entry • Professional healthcare experience or education in a healthcare discipline • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word • Working knowledge of computers, or demonstrated technical skills with new systems and the ability to work with multiple screens and databases while with data entry • Must be a Military Spouse approved for this internship • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
