📋 Description

• Make outbound and take inbound calls with Humana members • Collect medication history information • Prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews • Guide prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications • Create health awareness through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns • Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm medication adherence and provide counseling • Perform varied, moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations and semi-routine assignments • Report to a Clinical Programs supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification • Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service, or call center processes • Must have a designated work area with a door that locks • Must work any hours Monday–Friday between 8:00am–7:00pm EST • Must work holidays, weekends, and overtime when applicable • Must be on time with camera ON during 2+ weeks of training and required leadership meetings • Must remain in the position and campaign for a minimum of twelve months • Must avoid unapproved absences, tardiness, and early departures during the 180-day appraisal period • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience • Mail order or retail pharmacy experience • Fluent English and Spanish • Previous call center or pharmacy-setting experience • Capability in problem resolution and supporting team-based resolutions • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
