📋 Description

• Oversee customer account management for existing 2–99 ancillary accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements • Build relationships with brokers and agents • Achieve retention sales goals and add-on sales goals for a defined book of business • Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns • Manage relationships involving Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and EAP product lines • Liaise between assigned clients and Humana internal areas for escalated issues • Represent Humana at community events, associations, and industry organizations when needed • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives • Make decisions regarding work methods in ambiguous situations with minimal direction and follow established guidelines/procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience selling or retaining within the employer group insurance environment • Understanding of employer procurement process • Client management experience • Business and Financial Acumen • Develop positive, collaborative client relationships • Active life and health license • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information • Strong communicator—written, verbal and presentation skills (preferred) • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
